In Loving Memory of James Bradley

James Bradley, 73, of Kewanee, Missouri, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 20, 2026, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.
He was born on August 3, 1952, in Gideon, Missouri, to the late Maggie Lucile Lynch Bradley and Marks Edward Bradley. James proudly served his country as a veteran of the U.S. Army and later retired from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
On December 15, 1976, James was united in marriage to Sheila Kaye Williams in Sikeston, Missouri. Together, they built a life filled with love, family, and cherished memories. He was a man who enjoyed the simple pleasures — working outdoors, caring for his home, and spending time with those he loved most.
James was preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Stacy Foster, on October 24, 2024; and his sister, Sherma Mays.
He is survived by his loving wife, Sheila Bradley of Kewanee, Missouri; his son-in-law, Robert Foster Jr. of Kewanee, Missouri; his grandson, Clayton Bradley Foster of Kewanee, Missouri; his sister, Joyce Berry of Evansville, Indiana; his brother, Billy Joe Bradley of Michigan; and his beloved K-9 companions, Gunner and Charlie.
A celebration of James's life will be held at a later date, where family and friends will gather to honor his memory and the legacy of love and service he leaves behind.
James will be remembered for his dedication to family, his service to his country, and his warm, hardworking spirit.
