Isaac Cooper II. was born on August 14, 1997 and he was received back in to the Arms of Jesus on March 6, 2016.  He was preceded in death by his grandmother*s, Irma Mae Winford and Betty Jean Payne, one uncle Alexander Iscene and a few cousins.

He leaves to mourn his passing his parents, Isaac and Latrina Cooper of New Madrid, MO, a special friend, Nasia Walker of Sikeston, MO,his grandfater, Archie (Velma) Winford Sr., Special Aunt, Sandra Cooper, Specical uncles, Lavoy Tuggle & Vaughn (Elise) Shephard, Other dear Aunts & Uncles, Otis Cooper, Antonie (Easter) Cooper, Sherry Cooper, LeRoy (Felisha Nolen) Winford, Ulonda (Carl) Winford, Andre (Serria) Winford,  his God mother, Velma (Blue) Treadwell, his God sisters and God-brothers, LaCrisha Branch, Kisha Treadwell, Derek (Mookia) Dean, NaKiya Blacksure, Nariya Blacksure all of Lilbourn, MO, Shemeka Treadwell & Kyla McDowell both of New Madrid, MO, Jazmyne Wallace of Howardville, MO and Jaqualya Wesley-Mays of Poplar Bluff, MO.

He confessed a hope in Christ at an early age at Mt Olive Missionary Baptist Church in Lilbourn. Missouri under the leadership of the late pastor Ernest Willis and he later joined New Bethel Church in Portageville, Missouri under the leadership of Pastor Paul L. Neal Sr. where he was a member of the youth department and he played the drums in the choir.  Isaac was a 2016 graduate of New Madrid County Central. Isaac was accepted to Sullivan University where he received a scholarship.  Isaac enjoyed playing the drums, playing football and cooking. Isaac always brought a smile to everyone he met.  He was loved by everyone and will truly be missed by ALL.
