Hazel Marie Laws

Hazel Marie Laws was born February 8, 1947, in Gideon, Missouri. to the late Juanita Crider Cornman & Noah Cornman. She passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at her home in Portageville, at the age of 78 years, 6 months and 26 days.

She was united in marriage to Don Laws on April 15, 1968, he preceded her in death January 31, 1997. She loved quilting, sewing, shopping, cooking and spending time with her grandkids, family and friends. She worked for many years at Judy's Flower shop and was retired from SRG and the Portageville Housing Authority and DeLisle Funeral Home.  Preceding her in death was her parents, her husband, one daughter, Laura Laws McMillen and four brothers: Arley, Roger, Jimmy, and Ricky Cornman

She leaves to cherish her memories, her daughter; Donna Wilson and her husband Kingston Wilson of Elsberry, MO, two grandchildren, Trey McMillen and his wife Brenda McMillen and Deven McMillen and his wife Katie McMillen. Two Great Grandchildren, Neil and Sunnie McMillen. six sisters; Doris, Dorlis, Laura, Linda, Cathy and Debra, One brother, Bobby Cornman, sister-in-law, Sherry and Carolyn  and special friend, Brent Palmer of the home in Portageville, MO and a host of other relatives and friends.
