Harry Fay Toton

W as born Sept. 6, 1937 in Portageville, Missouri to Francis Toton and Lena (Brasher) Toton. He passed away the night of Feb. 7, 2022 at his residence in Portageville, Missouri at the age of 84 years, 5 months and 1 day.

H e joined the Marines in 1956 and was honorably discharged in 1958. Later that year, he married his high school sweetheart ,Barbara (Orton) Toton, on November 28, 1958 in Hayward, Missouri. To this union, they had three children – Jimmy Raycine Toton, Johnny Byars Toton, and Jeannie Michelle Blankenship.

H arry Fay loved to travel, he visited 49 states including a drive all the way to Alaska. He enjoyed playing baseball and watching the Cardinals year after year. He would go out of his way to make sure everybody was taken care of, whether they were friends or family. He loved being able to spend time with friends and family and to help people when he was able to.

P receding him in death are his parents Francis and Lena Toton. Siblings - Raycine Toton, Wayne Toton, Junior Toton, Glenn Toton, Remigene Toton, Mildred Toton, and Rosemary Askew. Son - Johnny Toton and great- grandson Jacob Harris.

H e leaves to cherish his many memories to his wife, Barbara Toton of Portageville, MO. His son, Jimmy Toton of Portageville, MO. His daughter Jeannie Blankenship of Portageville, Mo. His daughter in law Laura Toton. He leaves his grandchildren, Bridgett Barnett, Chelsea Toton, Kyleigh Portwood, Dakota "Cody" Portwood, Allyson Toton, Brett and Chase Ashby, and Katie Alexander. His great-grandchildren are Hannah Barnett, Brayden and Blake Barnett,   Harrison Fay Byars Portwood, Mayleigh Grace Michelle Cook, Blaykleigh Rose Michelle Higgerson, Kashtyn Thomas Carter Higgerson, and a host of many other relatives and friends.
