Grace Eunice Harris Was born November 30, 1917 in Dexter, MO to Arthur Acord and Pearl Howell Acord. She died Thursday November 26, 2015 at MO Delta Medical Center, in Sikeston, MO at the age of 97 years 11 months and 27 days. She was united in marriage, to Hubert Harris in Piggott, Arkansas, on November 29, 1936 and he preceded her in death in April 1973. Also preceding her in death were her parents, Pearl Howell Acord & Arthur Acord; one daughter Janet Louise Harris; three sisters, five brothers, two grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in New Madrid for over 58 years, a deacon's wife, a Sunday School teacher, a choir member and a member of the WMU. She leaves to cherish her memories one sister, Mary Roberts of LaGrange, GA; one daughter, Doris Masterson of New Madrid, MO; six sons: Don (Nina) Harris of Middleton, TN; Hubert (Gina) Harris of New Madrid, MO; Ed (Holly) Harris of Vicksburg, MS; Jim (Jessie) Harris of New Madrid, MO; Rick (Tina) Harris of Sherwood, AR; Scott (Judy) Harris of Jackson, MO; 18 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 6 Great great Grandchildren and a host of many other relatives and friends.

SERVICES ; Saturday November 28, 2015 at First Baptist Church in New Madrid, Mo at 10:00 A.M.
