Grace Brown

W as born on November 21, 1940 in Portageville, Mo to the late Henry Alexander and Flossie Alexander.  She passed away on Friday, February 10, 2023 in Caruthersville, MO at the age of 82 years,

S he was united in marriage to John Brown, he preceded her in death on April 20, 1988. Also preceding her in death were her daughters, Sandra Burgess, Wandena  Hudges and Patricia Brown, her sisters, Ana Gargus, Jerdie Grant and Doris Sheppard.  She loved quilting and cross-stitching, but most of all spending time with her family.

S he leaves to cherish her memories her three sons: John Brown of San Antonio, Texas, Barry Brown of Steel, MO and Steven Brown of St. Louis her 10 grandchildren Shannon Smith , Christine Hamm, Tonia Hilburn, Austin Brown, B.J. Brown, Brad Brown, Brett Brown, Hannah Brown, Leslie Brown, and Paul Austin Brown, numerous great-grandchildren and a host of many other relatives and friends.
