Florence "Flo" A. Slaughter

Flo Slaughter was a woman of warmth, kindness, and deep love for family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Barbara A. Morris Price and Walter Price; her beloved husband, Buford W. "Bud" Slaughter, whom she married on February 11, 1967, in Collinsville, Illinois; and her cherished grandson, Adam Sills.

Flo treasured the simple joys of life and the friendships she held dear, especially those shared with her close friends at Katie's Diner. Her laughter and caring spirit touched everyone who knew her.

She leaves behind a loving family: her daughter, Brenda Sills of Manhattan, Kansas; stepdaughters Donna Billing and Linda Perry; stepsons Mark and Paul Palmer; and sisters Barbara Lee Phillips and Carol Kolb of Doe Run, Missouri. Her special family members: Chad Hickson & Brandy Grissom Flo's memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved her.
