Fannie Lee Townsend was born February 4, 1932 in Forest City , AR to the Late Robert Smith and Lucille (Casey) Smith. She died Monday, March 30, 2015 at the Portageville Nursing Home, Portageville, MO at the age of 83 years, 1 month and 26 days. She was united in marriage to Eugene Townsend on January 10, 1958. He preceded her in death December 26, 1984. Also preceding her in death were her parents, Robert Smith and Lucille (Casey) Smith, her daughter, Elsie Henderson, December 3, 2000, two brothers Emial and Robert Billy Jr. Smith and two sisters, Mary Sue Bradley and Cora Lee Nelson. She was a faithful member of the Zion Rock Missionary Baptist Church, Portageville, MO. She enjoyed living a properous and fruitful life and was lived and well known throughout the community. Fannie L.
