Estalee Tanner

Was born September 26, 1923 in Concord, Missouri to John Henry Pool and Beulah Mae Hutson. She passed away Friday, January 6, 2017 in St. Louis, Mo at the age of 93 years 3 months and 11 days.

She was united in marriage on October 5, 1940 in Portageville to Walter" Gooden" Tanner, he preceded her in death on January 22, 2004. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Hayti MO.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Beulah Mae Hutson and John Henry Pool, one son, Donald Tanner in Feb. 1986, her sisters, Juanita House, Barbara Boaz, Georgia Ball, her brothers, Calvin Pool, Stephen Pool. Harry Pool, Teddy Pool, Roy Pool, her half brothers, Harry Holt and Brannon Holt.

She leaves to cherish her memories her daughter, Winona Koen of Portageville,

one brother, John Henry Pool II of Romulus, Michigan, 3 grandchildren, Minette (Bruce) Eftink, Lisa (Roger) Rossics and Tod (Leanne) Koen, 5 great-grandchildren, Lindsay and Alyson  Eftink and Trey and Erin Rossics, Jacob Koen  and a host of many relatives and friends.
