Stanley was born November 11, 1934 in Oran , MO to Harris and Esther Storey Stanley, he passed away Monday, May 9, 2011 at Missouri Delta Hopital in Sikeston, Mo at the age of 76 years , 5 months and 16 days. He was united in marriage to Barbara Ward on Feb. 25, 1955 in Portageville, MO she survives of the home, Preceding him in death were his parents, Esther (Storey) Stanley & Harris Stanley & one grandchild; Leslie Ann Stanley He was a member of Central Church of Christ in Caruthersville, MO. He served as a deacon and elder at the Charbo & Karen Church of Christ in St. Charles, MO, he was retired from General Motors. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Barbara Stanley of Portageville, Mo, One son: Michael (Cindy) Stanley of Fairview, Texas.
