Edward E. "Ed" Patterson Was born July 21, 1941 in Caruthersville, MO to Margaret Francis (Johnston) Patterson and Edward Lee Patterson, he died Monday, July 30, 2012 at his residence in Portageville, MO at the age of 71 years and 9 days. He was united in marriage to Brenda (Doza) Patterson on April 1, 1961 in Caruthersville, MO she survives of the home. Preceding him in death, were her parents, Margaret Francis & Edward Lee Patterson; He retired from Noranda Aluminum, he was a member of the Bootheel Rabbit Hunters Association, for many years he coach baseball, He was a member of the First Church of God in Portageville. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Brenda Patterson of Portageville, Two sons and his daughter-in-law, Darryl Patterson , Trent & Yvonne Patterson all of Portageville, MO. Two daughters & his sons-in-laws, Donna & Kris Underwood of Nesbit, MS, Lisa Marie & Britt McClendon of Portageville, MO, 13 Grandchildren, Blake & Brooke Posey, Emma Leigh Grace Patterson, Bradley Patterson, Wesley Patterson, Daniel Patterson, Amy Fransisco, Tiffany Patterson, Dustin Patterson, Kristen Cox, Clay & Kara Underwood & Kelli Wright, 18 Great-Grandchildren and a host many other relatives and friends.
