Dorothy M. (Kraemer) Beis born September 17, 1938, in St. Louis, Mo to Milton and Dorothy (Korst) Kraemer passed away in her home October 18, 2022.

Dorothy married Charles Beis, Jr and relocated to Portageville,MO.  Dorothy had many skills, including manager,seamstress, book keeper and animal tamer. These skills and others helped her raise 7 children to successful adults.

Grandchildren and Great-grandchildren events.  She also spent her lunch time showing pictures and discussing current events with friends at the "soup" kitchen.

Dorothy's Family that preceded her in death are husband Charles Beis, Jr, daughter Barbara Beis Kimball,sisters Marilyn Lalumendier, Evelyn Wilson and brother  Milton Kraemer.  Her 1 surviving sister is Joyce Cross of St. Louis, Mo.

She is Survived by children.  Charles Beis III (Pam Beis), Karen Armour, MD, James (Jimmy) Beis (Mary Wallace), Nancy Noland (Paul Noland), Angela (Angie) Allgier (Phillip Allgier), and Mary Alsup (James Alsup).  Grandchildren: Charles Beis IV, Brandon Beis, Jeremy Ruby, Trey Weddington, Nichole Weddington, LT. Charles Armour, Caleb Armour, 2LT. Brett Armour, 2LT. Blake Armour, Michael Armour, Seth Noland, Nathan Noland, Ryan Noland, Caitlyn Renshaw, Eli Allgier, Jacob Alsup, and Mackenzie Alsup.

Dorothy also has 14 great-grandchildren with 1 more arriving soon. Dorothy was a supportive friend, wife, mom, and Memaw.  She will be missed by many.

Services will be Wednesday, October 26, 2022, 10 am-12 pm visitation services to follow. Pallbearers will be Charles Armour, Trey Weddington, Eli Allgier, Seth Noland, Jacob Alsup, and Charles Beis, IV.  Honorary pallbearers will be the rest of her grandsons.
