Phillip Wayne Smith   born June 16, 1940, in Rives. MO to Leon Smith & Audrey Clytee Parker. He died on Friday December 13, 2024, at Mercy Hospital in Cape Girardeau, MO at the age of 84 years old.

Preceding him in death was his wife Freida Joyce Foster. His parents Leon Smith & Audrey Henson, step father, Orville Henson, his brother, LB Smith,  step brothers, Stanley Henson,  Larry Henson & Wayne Henson.

He leaves to cherish his memories four daughters: Tonya (Kendall) Laws of Portageville, MO, Lee Ann (Lee) Wallace of Mineral Point MO, Tammy (David) Brands of Portageville, MO, Heather Foster of Dexter, MO, one brother Ronnie Henson of Portageville, MO, special nephew, Perry (Lucy) Smith of Texas City, TX, nine grandchildren: Phillip Lee Laws, Lee Wallace,  Bryce Wallace, Bradly Wallace, Myles Stafford, Adam Brands, Austin Mitchell – Seabaugh, Tori Pixley, Braxton Foster, five great grandchildren: Dylan Laws, Alex Laws, Keller Stafford. Ella Rae Whitson & Jack Pixley and host of  many other relatives and friends.
