Dewain Fullerton was born January 1, 1931 in Tennessee to Clarence Elmer Fullerton and Ira Ann Inman. He died Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston at the age of 83 years, 7 months and 4 days. He was united in marriage to Rose Mary Johnston on May 26, 1951 in Mesilla Park, NM. She survives of the home. Preceding him in death, were his parents, Ira Ann Inman & Clarence Elmer Fullerton, a son, Stuart "Stu" Fullerton, five brothers: John, Charlie, Max, Roy & Kenneth and two sisters, Earline Smith & Jeri Oliver. He was a United States Army Veteran and served in the Korean War. He was a prominent farmer in Southeast Missouri. He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Rose Mary Fullerton, of the home in Portageville; two sons Scott (Julie) Fullerton of Sikeston, MO and Grant(Anne) Fullerton of McKinney, TX; four grandchildren: Chad, Alisha, Melissa and Patrick Grant II and a host of many other relatives and friends.
