Clara P. Wells

W as born Feb. 23, 1935 in Portageville, MO to Carlotta (Morgan) Swims & Dewey Swims Sr. She passed away on Sept. 14, 2019 at Northbrooke Health Care-Jackson , TN at the age of 84

O n Feb. 1, 1954 in St. Louis, IL she married Donald G. Wells he preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death was her parents; Carlotta (Morgan) Swims and Dewey Swims Sr.

S he was a 1953 graduate of Portageville High School, she was a licensed Missouri Insurance Brooker and a working partner in the Clevlen Insurance Agency at Poplar Bluff, MO, after the partnership sold the agency she worked and retired from the HCB Contractors of Dallas, TX as the jobsite accountant and field office manager.

S he leaves to cherish her memories her brother and sister-in-law; Dewey N. & Harrietta Swims Jr. of

Jackson, TN, her nephew, Dewey Swims III and niece, Christy Wyatt both of Jackson, TN and niece,

Karen Nesbitt of Huntington, TN and a host of many other relatives and friends.
