W as born July 9 ^th 1958 in Hayti, MO to the late George and Willie Mae Neal.

C harles went home to be with our Lord and Savior on September 27, 2022 at the age of 64 years.  Charles was also preceded in death by his brother, Eddie Neal Sr., his sisters, Evelyn Shannon, Mary Neal and Edna Mae Broadway.

C harles left Missouri many years ago and moved to Elkhart, IN where he worked and retired from Dexter Axle, and married his sweetheart Bridgett Connor.  After 30 years of marriage they both decided to go their separate ways but remained good friends.  Later he moved back to Missouri where he resided with a Speical Friend Quennie Resonno, who still resides in the home.  Charles enjoyed hanging with family and friends on a daily basis and keeping everyone laughing.

H e leaves to cherish his memories his sons, Anthony (Linda) Jones of Howardville, MO and Charles Neal Jr. of Elkhart, IN, his daughter, Jennifer Rogers of Elkhart, IN. his brother, George (Ann) Neal Jr. of Elkhart, IN, his sister, Betty March of Bloomington, IL, three grandchildren, Anthony Wheeler, David Rogers and Royal Neal all of Elkhart, IN and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
