Preceding him in death, were his parents, Mary Jane Brown & Fred Phillips, 4 brothers, Ragel, Buddy, Cleatis & Paul Phillips, 5 Sisters, Sylvania LeSieur, Alice Ray, Carlotta Cook, Ruth Stewart & Lois Ray . He was a member of St Eustachius Catholic Church, The VFW, A Veteran of the U.S. Army & served during the Korean War and was a retired employee for The County Maintenance Dept.
