Bobby Joe Sprouse

W as born February 27, 1939 in Red Bud, Alabama to Ocie Ward Sprouse and J. Byrd Sprouse.  He passed away on Monday February 7, 2022 at MO Delta Medical Center, Sikeston, MO  at the age of 82 years, 11 months and 11 days.

He was united in to marriage to Alice Shuburte on October 9, 1965 in Caruthersville, MO, she survives of the home. He loved to spend time with his family and farm the land for Taylor Brother Farms on his John Deere Tractor. Preceding him, in death was his parents, Ocie Ward Sprouse, and J. Byrd Sprouse , also preceding was his brothers and sisters; Ruth, Ruby, Dorothy, Peggy, Johnny, JC, Larry, Donnie, Ronnie, Bill and Jerry Sprouse.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife of 57 years Alice, of the home, his sons, Wayne (Jessica) Sprouse of East Prairie, MO, Jessie Sprouse of Scott City, MO, David (Lindi) Sprouse of New Madrid, MO, Danny (Johnna) Sprouse of New Madrid, MO, Shannon (Kristila) Sprouse of New Madrid, MO, Jerry Sprouse and Wendy of New Madrid, Mo His grandchildren: Jessica, Alex and Brianna, Parker & Carla, Tyler & Nyna, Noah, Madison, Daphne, AJ, Aubrey, Riley, Gavin and Avery. great grandchildren: Bella, Anna Kate, August, Dakota, Leelia and Connor and a host of many other relatives and friends.

A celebration of life will be held Friday February 11th between 5 pm to 8pm at the

Kewanee Missionary Baptist Church
