Billy Wes Ward

Was born July 14, 1940 in Portageville, MO to Pauline (Cook) Ward & Norvil Ward. he passed away on December 30, 2019 at St Francis Medical Center Cape Girardeau MO at the age of 79 years, 5 months & 16 days.

He was united in marriage to Carol Hutchison in Flint, MI on January 15, 1960, she preceded him in death on March 4, 2018. Also preceding him in death were his parents, Pauline (Cook) Ward and Norvil Ward, one great-grandchild Elijah Farrow and his brothers Gary Ward and Larry Ward. He attended the First United Methodist Church in Portageville, MO and loved spending time with his family, and taking care of his farms.

He leaves to cherish: his two children, Laurie (Scott) Ward Kuhl of Saginaw, MI, Billy Ward (Penny) of Scott City, MO, one brother: Norvil (Pat) Ward of Steele MO, eight grandchildren, Rachel (Bill) Chaltraw, Stuart (Jessica) Robinson, Alexx (Nick) Farrow, Alyssa Ward, Tyler Ward, Justin (Kylee)Ward, Madison Ariana (Justin) Mell, Madison Denise Ward; 14 great-grandchildren,and many other relatives and friends.
