Billy Robert Posey Was born April 3, 1939 in Holland, MO to Velma Sanders and James Alfred Posey. He died November 23, 2012 at BMHC of Portageville at the age of 73 years, 3 months and 20 days. He was united in marriage to Darlis Parks on August 26, 1959 in New Madrid, MO, she survives of the home. Preceding him in death were his parents, Velma (Sanders) & James Alfred Posey. He was a 1958 graduate of Portageville High School, he was employed with John Deere for many years and member of the First Church of God in Portageville. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Darlis Posey of Portageville, MO, two sons, Steven Robert Posey & Mark Edward Posey (Angela Copeland) both of Portageville, MO, his sisters, Janie Fout of Arnold, MO, Carolyn Duncan of Portageville, MO, Linda Hopson of Licking, MO, three grandchildren, Mark Robert (Katherine) Posey, Brooke Nicole Posey, Steven Blake Posey and a host many other relatives and friends.
