Billy Joe Phillips

W as born December 2, 1929, in Portageville, MO to Addie Saalwaechter Phillips and Lloyd Phillips. He passed away on December 14, 2021 at Chaffee Nursing Center at the age of 92 years.

P receding him in death was his parents, Addie Saalwaechter Phillips, and Lloyd Phillips, also preceding was his brothers, Freddy Phillips, Chester Phillips, Leonard Phillips, Lester Phillips and sisters, Kathleen Adams and Barbara Phillips. He was united in marriage on August 6, 1950 in Hayward MO to Lela Golightly, she survives of the home. He was a retired Brick Layer and a veteran of the Army serving in the Korean War.
