Billy Joe Russell

Was born April 22, 1933 in Saltillo TN to Edward Russell and Kenny (Templeton) Russell. He passed away on Sunday June 9, 2019 at his home in Portageville, MO at the age of 86.

Preceding him in death were his parents: Kenny (Templeton) Russell and Edward Russell his brothers, Delinial, Edward, Charles & Howard Russell, his sisters Bertie Jennings, Dorothy Russell, Syble Coleman.

On July 20, 1957 in Portageville, MO he married the love of life, Myrna (Bell) Russell.

Mr. Billie Joe was a member of the First Church of God and worked there for over 20 years as the custodian, prior to that he work many years as a carpenter he also served as a veteran, Mr Billie Joe loved the outdoors, fishing, going to the river, riding in the boat with Steven & Chance but he loved being with his family and working with all the good people around town and his church.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife- Myrna Russell of Portageville, MO, his son & daughter-in-law- Steven & Shannon Russell of Ozark, MO, his sister; Reba Quick of Portageville, MO,

grandchildren; Tara Ruby, Tiffany Vanltoogstraat, Chance Russell, Macey Abernathy, Amanda Darham, Darcy & Samantha Baker, great grandchildren; Braiden & Brantley Ruby, Zoe Russell, Roslyn & Jade Vanitoogstraat and many other relatives and friends.
