Billy Eugene Hendrix Sr., who departed this life on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at the age of 67. Billy was born in Hayti, Missouri.

Billy was preceded in death by his mother and his beloved grandson, Trey Tubbs.

He leaves behind a loving family to cherish his memory, including his children: Amanda (Steve) Hendrix, Billy (Sherrie) Hendrix Jr., Rhonda (Carl) Hendrix, and Lisa Hendrix. He was also blessed with bonus children whom he loved dearly: Christian Barnett, Charlie Barnett, Paula Barnett, and Lena Barnett. Billy shared a special bond with his beloved companion, Mary Barnett.

One brother Ricky Holloway and one sister, Dianne Holloway.

Billy was a proud grandfather to Aryanna Stafford, Ethan Stafford, Stevie Parnell, Kaylee Womack, Kenzie Hendrix, Billy Hendrix III, Rose Mary Lucas, Julian Keene, Allisa Rogers, Dylan Rogers, Marcus Marsa, and Marisa Marsa, along with ten bonus grandchildren. He was further blessed with 14 great-grandchildren, all of whom brought immense joy to his life.

Billy cherished every moment spent with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was also a devoted pet owner who dearly loved his two cats. His warm spirit, love for family, and treasured memories will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. Billy will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all whose lives he touched.
