W as born April 30, 1927 in Pemiscot County, MO to Albert Lee Galloway and Roxie C. Frazier. He died Saturday, May 28, 2016 in Stillman Valley, IL at the age of 89 years and 27 days. He was united in marriage to Willie Clyneece Horn on June 17, 1950 in Piggott, AR. He retired from the American Can Company and was a Veteran of WW II serving in the Air Force.

P receding him in death were his parents Roxie & Albert Galloway, his wife Willie Clyneece Horn, brother Henry Galloway, and sisters Eva Crosser and Mamie Davidson.

H e leaves to cherish his memories his son Billy Kevin (Bobbie) Galloway of Rockford, IL; daughter Sheila Kay (Larry) Palmer of Stillman Valley, IL; sisters Lillie Lawson of Arlington, TX & Rosemary Pigg of Southern, IL; Grandchildren Larie Renee (Jason) Heinze of Beloit, WI, Melissa Clyneese (Scott) Kinney of Davis Junction, IL and Nicole Clyneece Galloway of Rockford, IL; Great Grandchildren Machela Clyneece Bee, Haley Ann Bee, Gabrielle Louise Heinze and Elizabeth Kaylee Heinze and Great-Great Grandchild Aubree Clyneece Awe and soon-to-be baby boy Awe and a host of many other relatives and friends.
