Billy Paul Cummings Was born Nov. 27, 1935 in Portageville, MO to Anna Lea Humphrey and James J. Cummings, he died December 23, 2010 at Pemiscot Memorial Health Systems in Hayti, MO at the age of 75 years, months and days. Preceding him in death, were his parents, Anna Lea Humphrey & James J. Cummings, One sister Clementeen Cummings Hampton. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force serving for 14 years.
