Billie Harlow Minton Passed away peacefully in the arms of her loving mommy and daddy October 23, 2023 at Missouri Delta Hospital in Sikeston, MO. at the age of 2 months 14 days. She was born on August 9, 2023 in Cape Girardeau, MO. During her 2 short months here on earth she touched the lives of so many that loved her. Her life was a brief gift and will live on in so many hearts. She loved hugs, kisses and being loved, she was the best cuddler. She brought joy, love & happiness to everyone around her. She leaves to cherish her memories, Mother; Alyssa Weaver of Portageville, MO Father; Timothy Scott Minton Jr. of Canalou, MO, her half-brother; Timothy Scott Minton III, Maternal Grandparents; Penny Dooley of Portageville, MO, James Weaver of Portageville, MO, Paternal Grandparents; Timothy Scott Minton Sr. of Canalou, MO, Veronica Minton of Aurora, IL. step-mom, Stacey Hart of Canalou, MO and many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
