Bethany (Poole) Godwin Was born July 6, 1977 in Newport, Ar to Eugene and Sandra (Sturch) Poole. She passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2013 peacefully at her home in Portageville, MO at the age of 36 years, 4 months and 27 days. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Portageville where she was raised and guided by her father, Rev. Eugene Poole, She was a 1995 Graduate of Portageville High School and she received a Bachelor Degree from Southeast Missouri State University. She was employed with the Boys & Girls Town in St. James, MO. Preceding her death, were maternal grandparents, Wilson & Ellen Sturch, paternal grandparents, Edward & Opal Poole. She leaves to cherish her memories her parents, Rev. Eugene & Sandra Poole of Portageville, Mo, sisters and brothers-in-law, Fonda & Yancey Temple of Cuba, MO, Cassie & Gary Cook of New Madrid, MO, brother & sister-in-law, Austin & Rejhuan Poole of Naples, Fl, four nieces, Hillary Temple, Alicia Cook, Kylie Cook, Kamryn Cook, three nephews, Parker Temple, Trae Cook & Landon Poole, special friend, Larry Sharp and his 3 daughters, Brittany, Emma and Teddy. Her beloved pets, her dog, Buddy, her cats, Fluffy, Phoebe & Baby and a host of many other relatives and friends.
