Bertha "Jean" Jeffries

Was born January 20, 1932 in Portageville, Missouri to Mary Garrison Lamar. She died November 20, 2016 at Portageville, MO at the age of 84 years and 10 months.

She was united in marriage on January 31, 1948 in Piggott, AR, to Larry D. Jeffries he preceded her in death on March 20, 1990, also preceding her in death was her mother, Mary Garrison Lamar, and one son Larry D. Jeffries Jr. brothers, Herman Atteberry, Cliford, Blizzard. Mrs. Jean loved working with her flowers and being with her family.

She leaves to cherish her memories her sons: Lannie Jeffries of Amory, MS, Donnie Jeffries of Portageville, MO, daughters, Linda (Ray) Thacker of Portageville, MO, Sharon Darnall of Portageville, MO, Donna (Michael) Durbin of Portageville, MO, brother, Reginald Blizzard of Indianapolis, Ind. 14 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and a host of many other relatives and friends.
