Barbara Doris Babb

W as born December 1, 1938 in Conran, Mo to Nellie Ruth Laws Hornburg & William "Bill" Franklin Hornburg the youngest of 9 children.  She passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at her home in Lilbourn, Mo at the age of 81 years 9 mts and 20 days.

P receding her in death was her parents,   Nellie Ruth Laws Hornburg and William Franklin Hornburg , also preceding her in death was husband, Donald Babb, her son,  Daryl Babb ,  four sisters; Opal Little, Evelyn Roberts, Hazel Rathbun, Marcell Bowen, five brothers,  William Hornburg, Marvin Hornburg, Wyvon Hornburg., Murchel Hornburg

S he was united in marriage on October 15, 1955 in Marston Mo to Donald Babb, he preceded her in death on Feb. 26, 2016. She loved to spend time with her family and friends especially her grandchildren.

S he leaves to cherish her memories her sons, Don (Donna) Babb, of Mari Island, Florida, David Babb of Lilbourn, MO, her daughters, Rebecca Babb of the home in Lilbourn MO, Sheryl Babb , Madrid, MO,  21 grandchildren and 23 great  grandchildren and a host of many other relatives and friends.

Barbara was cared for in the home by her daughter Rebecca Babb, who shall miss her greatly. Donald and Barbara shared 60 years of marriage. Working through, hard time, and wonderful times raising 5 children and being the foundation of may generations now and still to come

May the Lord be with her on her journey home and Peace lite her way.
