Augusta Roy Phillips Junior

Was born March 31, 1939,  to the late Mae Richardson Phillips and Gus Phillips.  He passed away on Saturday September 4, 2021, at his home in Marston, MO at the age of 82 years, 5 months and 4 days

He was united in marriage to Shirley Foster on November 30, 1957 in Hernando, Mississippi, She preceded her in death on September 1, 2021. He was a past member of Local 7686 United Steel Workers and Past Alderman of Marston Mo serving 10 years. He retired from Noranda in 2014 after 47 years and worked for Barry Richardson Gin company in Marston, MO for many years.

Preceding him in death was his parents, Mae Richardson Phillips, and Gus Phillips, also preceding, Brothers; Charles Phillips, Donald Ray Woods and Jimmy Wayne Phillips, Sisters Doris Elizabeth Dueker.

He leaves to cherish his memories, Sons, Gary DeWayne (Robin Denise) Phillips of Marston and Randy Eugene Phillips of Marston. His Daughter Kimberly Reno of Marston, Mo and Brother Danny Phillips of Portageville, Mo. Three Sisters; Mary Alice Davis of Sikeston, MO, Joy Dean Stewart of Portageville, MO, Linda Faye Thomas of Milan, TN, Four Grandchildren: LaShonda Phillips, Brandy Phillips Creasy, Gary DeWayne Phillips Jr, Billy Jack "B.J. Phillips. Ten Great Grandchildren; Aaliyah Phillips, Alexis Phillips, Jaxson Phillips, Brylan Phillips, Dakota Phillips, Joshua Phillips, Billy James Phillips, Charlee Sue Phillips, Jaiden Creasy, Anna Beth Creasy, and a host of many other relatives and friends
