Annie Bell Hicks Norris

Was born March 09, 1946, in Tiptonville, Tennessee to Chester and Mary Hicks.  She peacefully departed her earthly journey on Monday, September 11, 2023, in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

She was married to W.C. Norris Sr. for many years.  Sister Annie Bell Norris was a dedicated, loving and faithful member of the New Salem Missionary Baptist Church, anyone who knew her knew that she loved to praise the Lord in song and dance.

Those preceding her in death were her parents, Chester & Mary Hicks, her husband W.C. Norris Sr., her sister, Evalen (Lena) Thomas and her brothers, Clarence Hicks.

Those left to cherish her memories are her 2 sisters, Georgia Turner of Hickman , KY and Mary Ann Young of Portageville, MO. 4 sons; W.C. (Doris) Norris Jr. of Hayti, MO, Terry (Tammy) Norris of Marston, MO, Johnny (Sherlene) Norris of Sikeston, Mo, Ray Norris of Portageville, MO, and I daughter, Barbara Norris of Chicago, IL and 3 nieces, Luarlene (Lynn) Williams and Mae Helen Thomas of Cape Girardeau, MO, Evelyn (Jean) Thomas of Sikeston, MO, 1 nephew, Sherman Thomas of Norman, OK and complete family of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, the New Salem Church Family and many friends.
