Annie E. McElyea Fodge Annie E. Fodge age 83, of Edwardsville, Illinois died Wednesday February 17, 2010 at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, IL. Annie worked as a bookkeeper for Peabody Coal Company in St. Louis, Missouri. She is survived by a son Stephen Dale Fodge of Edwardsville and a daughter, Alicia Roth of Maryville. She is also survived by her sister Fannie McElyea Couillard, her beloved grandchildren Jared and Travis Roth and Rodney and Toby Fodge and nieces and nephews. Annie was formerly of Portageville, Mo and was a member of the United Methodist Church. Annie was active in the community and church in Portageville. She was employed by Ideal Cleaners as the bookkeeper. She is pre-deceased by her parents, Samuel S. and Rosie (Rosa Etta) McElyea, sister Emma C. Gremard, brothers David B. Covey, Kelly McElyea, Robert, and Jack McElyea and her grandson, Derek Roth At the time of her death Annie was a member of the Liberty Worship Center in Edwardsville. A memorial service will be held at 11 am Tuesday, March 2, 2010 at the Liberty Worship Center with the Rev. Tim Broiher officiating. Her interment will take place at the Portageville Cemetery in Portageville, Mo. on __2/27/2010___at 1:30 p.m.____with DeLisle Funeral Home
