Annemarie
Brown
Jul 1, 1999 — Mar 17, 2018
Annemarie Brown was born July 1, 1999 in Richmond Heights St. Louis, MO. She started her life with strength being born at only 2lbs and persevering to become a miracle baby for her parents, Donald Ray and Amy (McGee) Brown. She departed this world Saturday, March 17, 2018 at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, MO at the age of 18 years, 8 months and 16 days.
Annemarie was an excellent student graduating Valedictorian of the New Madrid County Central High School class of 2017. She was also a member of the New Madrid Church of Christ. She loved DC and Marvel comics and Disney, but her true passion was art. She pursued this passion anyway she could from working in art museums to majoring in Art at Missouri State University in Springfield. Her hard work and dedication earned her a spot on the Dean's List in her first semester of college.
She will be dearly missed by those she had to leave too soon including: her parents, Donnie and Amy Brown, younger brother, Donnie Ray Brown, maternal grandparents, Mike and Mary McGee, paternal grandparents, Don and Janis Brown and her best friend, Katherine Madigan all of her beloved hometown of New Madrid, MO as well as many other friends and family members. Though she may have passed from this world, the soul of an artist can never truly be extinguished. Annemarie will live on in the artwork she loved so dearly, especially her favorite piece, Van Gogh's Starry Night and in the beauty she contributed to the world both physically in the artwork she created and in the beautiful person that she was in the lives of all who knew and loved her
