Alba Mae Meatte Howard passed away on Saturday April 5, 2008 in Brunswick Ga. She was born on May 16, 1915 in Bokerton, Mo. To Eula Agnes Montgomery and Harvey Meatte. She was united in Marriage on Aug. 23, 1934 to Ralph Howard in Portageville, Mo. She was preceded in death by her husband Ralph Howard, her daughter Anna Marie Howard, her son Bob R. Howard, her mother Eula Agnes Montgomery and father Harvey Meatte, brothers Hal Meatte, Wildord Charles Tanner, Sibert Tanner, Lloyd Tanner and W.A.Tanner Jr. She is survived by her daughter Georgia L. Hanna and sons, Jerry R. Howard, Truman O. Howard and Larry G. Howard, her sisters Syble I. Willey, Wilma C. Underwood, Betty S. Ellis and Norma J. Sander. Eleven Grandchildren, Twenty three great grandchildren, and two great, great grandchildren. Twenty three nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at DeLisle Funeral home in Portageville, Mo. On Friday_April 11, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 PM. The service will be held at the First Baptist Church In Portageville Mo. Saturday April 12, 2008 at 11:00AM. She will be laid to rest beside her late husband Ralph Howard, Daughter Anna Marie Howard and Brother Hal Meatte in Portageville Mo.
